
Titan Quest II received an Early Access roadmap, posted on the game’s official Steam page on Aug. 8, 2025.
Launched in Early Access on August 1, 2025, Titan Quest II is an isometric RPG where players take control of a character who must battle the Goddess Nemesis, who is corrupting the threads of fate in an effort to eliminate anyone who opposes her.

According to the roadmap, major content updates while the game is in Early Access mode are planned to roll out roughly every three months, with smaller updates coming in between and hotfixes released as necessary, along with regular small bug fixes, balancing, quality-of-life, and multiplayer updates.
First in line to ship are a new chapter, a full character creator, and a new Mastery. In 2026 the game is about to receive more new chapters, along with new items, enemies, bosses, quests, masteries, crafting and improved multiplayer as well as German and Chinese languages
Developed by Grimlore Games and published by THQ Nordic, the sequel to 2006’s Titan Quest is slated for full release in the end of 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.
As of the time of writing, Titan Quest II has a “Very Positive” rating on Steam with 7,596 reviews, a 4.4-star rating out of five on the Epic Games Store and an all-time peak of 27,099 players, according to SteamDB.
