Open-world survival-craft roguelite Brightfall was revealed at the Golden Joystick Awards 2025 ceremony on Nov. 20, 2025.
The title is developed and published by Dark Point Games, creators of Achilles: Legends Untold and Achilles: Survivor.
Slated for release in 2026, the game is already available for wishlisting on Steam.
Brightfall is set on a cursed 17th-century island which gets reshaped each time the player’s character falls and where light is the most precious resource as its is the only thing pushing corruption back.
Coming for Windows PC, the game will be playable both solo and in co-op in teams of up to 4 players.
